Assessment
We help our clients accurately assess where they are. Gaining a realistic perspective on their past and present performance is vital. We utilize state-of-the-art assessments and one-on-one interviews to help the client clarify where they are and where they want be in the future. Since the process is built on self-leadership people find that change is possible when they gain insight into who they are, what they are doing and where there they want to go.
Coaching
For the Leader
Coaching is an intentional process that promotes personal improvement and individual growth by engaging in transformational conversations. It allows people to think through what they want and helps them to stay focused so that they can meet their stated objectives.
The process is built around a one-to-one relationship between an individual and a coach. While sometimes the interaction can take place over the phone, most often conversations happen in person and are focused on discovering and developing potential, improving relationships, and improving performance. Coaching utilizes proven techniques and provides an encouraging environment to promote self-awareness and behavioral change.

Life Planning
Some of our clients prefer to participate in an intensive 2 day life plan. The Life Plan is designed to assess key elements of the leaders life - values, talents, strengths, motivated abilities, experiences, and purpose. The goal is to design an strategic plan that helps the leader think about their mission and strategically accomplish their life’s purpose.
Execution
The goal in the coaching alliance is change. This is often demonstrated in heightened awareness, new insights, increased productivity and improved performance. The natural extension of the coaching partnership is behavioral change that affects the culture and people within the individual’s sphere of influence.
