Bio

For more than 20 years as a counselor and a coach I have been effectively helping individuals identify and develop their talent.  I work with others to help them understand their values, their unique gifts and help them strategically leverage who they are in their work and in their lives.

In my various roles I have often been recognized for my abilities in facilitation, team building, leadership development and conflict resolution. Whether I am facilitating a large group or working with an individual, I bring a level of trust, enthusiasm and energy that is motivational and results-focused.

I  believe in Strengths driven and values directed organizations.  I challenge leaders to discover and leverage their talent and create environments that utilize the human potential all around them.

I received a Masters in Counseling from both Georgia State University and Psychological Studies Institute. Karen and I have been married for 23 years and have four children.  In my spare time I am either running, working out, reading, engaged in a transformational conversation over a cup of coffee, or playing the piano.
